This is a very popular option with new Moms who are trying to get back into shape after pregnancy, and anyone else who prefers to work out one-on-one with the trainer in a private setting. Many women bring their children with them and simply place the stroller or the car seat nearby, so they are able to attend to the baby as necessary.

Your trainer Olga Cherenina will work alongside with your nutritionist to create an optimal workout routine for you based on your health conditions, calorie needs and goals. You will use weights, cardio equipment, resistance bands, TCX and body weight exercises to shed the unwanted pounds and inches.
